August new-build apartments in Oudergem
In Oudergem YOBO realizes with August a small-scale new construction project eight energy-efficient apartments, supplemented with a commercial space and underground parking. The project is located at the intersection of a residential neighborhood and a well-connected urban environment, with all amenities within walking and cycling distance. Work on the shipyard has now progressed to second floor. The shell construction follows the planned pace and the various phases connect correctly. August is also a favorable period commercially. 75% of the apartments have been sold, which indicates a clear match between the apartments themselves and the location in which they are located.
The Bright new construction project in Ixelles
TheBright is located in Ixelles, near the Tenbos Park and Avenue Louise. The project includes twelve apartments and an art gallery on the ground floor, housed in a stately corner building with a distinctive facade structure. The works are currently in the shell construction phase and are in the meantime advanced to the first floor. This represents an important step in the construction of the building and the transition to the next implementation phase. The interest continues: 90% of the project has now been sold, before the entire shell has been completed.

Collaboration as a critical factor in inner-city projects
Urban construction requires more than just technical implementation. The complexity of the environment, limited space and strict planning create cooperation to a determining factor.
For YOBO, this collaboration starts with clear agreements and division of roles between developer, architect, contractor and implementing partners. Decisions are not postponed, but taken in a timely manner. This approach ensures peace on the site, prevents delays and allows quality to be consistently monitored.
Progress on these yards is only possible thanks to the efforts and involvement of all partners on and around the site. YOBO thanks all contractors, architects and teams for their accuracy, flexibility and commitment.
We also greatly appreciate the trust of buyers and investors. We continue to closely monitor the projects and communicate transparently about the next steps.
