Article 1 – General

YOBO BV, with registered office in 1050 Ixelles, Avenue Louise 480, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0691.717.985, is a company active in real estate development, in particular the development of residential and non-residential construction projects.

Hereinafter referred to: YOBO.

These general terms and conditions govern the use of the YOBO website and the relationship between YOBO and any user, customer or interested party who requests information, contacts or uses the services offered via the website.

By using the website or by contacting YOBO via the website, the user declares to accept these conditions.

The user expressly declares that his or her own general terms and conditions do not apply to the relationship with YOBO.
