YOBO Real Estate is looking for a driven Real Estate Consultant to strengthen our team. In this challenging role you are the first point of contact for prospective buyers. You guide them through the entire sales process, from the first contact to the effective sale. You advise customers in a professional manner, detect their needs and respond commercially to them.

  • Guiding customers through the entire sales process up to and including the notarial deed.
  • Work with our in-house marketer to create marketing campaigns for projects.
  • Ensure a smooth transfer to our customer support.
  • Analysing sales results and reporting to the Head of Sales.

Who are you?

  • Real estate enthusiast who actively monitors and strategically uses market trends, competition and purchasing behavior.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness, with a proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
  • You are flexible, committed and willing to participate in events and open days, including in the evenings and on weekends.
  • Degree & certification: in possession of a bachelor’s degree, a BIV number is a plus.
  • Administratively strong and accurate in following up on sales files.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and French;knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience with Hubspot? Then you have an extra trump card!

Application procedure

Candidacy

As soon as we receive your application, we will get to work immediately. We will discuss your candidacy with the department manager and see whether an initial introductory interview can be scheduled.

First interview

We invite you for an initial interview in which we explain our mission, vision and corporate culture. At the same time, we get to know you better and listen to your motivation to work at House of Construction.

In-depth interview

If the first introduction is positive, an in-depth interview with the department manager will follow. In this interview we will discuss the position, your experience and the extent to which your competencies match the role in more detail.

Assessment

If you apply for a white-collar position, an additional assignment or test may be provided to test your skills in practice.

Lunch

When the initial introduction and in-depth interview has gone well, and the assessment has been completed successfully, we invite you for an informal lunch with someone from management or a close colleague, so that you can also experience the atmosphere within House of Construction.

Final phase
