The project is located at the intersection of a residential neighborhood and a well-connected urban environment, with all amenities within walking and cycling distance. Work on the shipyard has now progressed to\u00a0<strong>second floor<\/strong>. The shell construction follows the planned pace and the various phases connect correctly. This represents an important step in the construction of the building and the transition to the next implementation phase. The interest continues:\u00a0<strong>90% of the project has now been sold<\/strong>, before the entire shell has been completed.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Malt House new-build apartments in Sint-Joost-ten-Noode<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Sint-Joost-ten-Noode, a former beer warehouse is being given a new purpose\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/malthouse.be\/?__hstc=264433232.96614dd60fc7299c844970a01f0d1241.1744612974847.1772794042992.1772800125184.155&amp;__hssc=264433232.2.1772800125184&amp;__hsfp=12c4467c700465b14f639d597cb1b445\"><strong>The MaltHouse<\/strong><\/a>, a project with a limited number of boutique lofts behind a historic facade. The works are now underway\u00a0<strong>already well advanced<\/strong>. The\u00a0<strong>pre-floors of the fourth floor have been placed<\/strong>, the\u00a0<strong>beams are in progress<\/strong>\u00a0and the yard evolves according to the proposed plan. Since this week\u00a0<strong>The Malt House fully reserved and sold out.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collaboration as a critical factor in inner-city projects<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urban construction requires more than just technical implementation.
